WeMemo(이하 "서비스")는 사용자의 개인정보를 중요시하며, 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수하고 있습니다.

1. 수집하는 개인정보 항목

본 서비스는 별도의 회원가입 절차 없이 이용 가능하며, 서비스 제공을 위해 최소한의 정보만을 수집합니다.

• 수집 항목:
  • Firebase 익명 인증 ID (User UID)
  • 사용자가 작성한 메모 내용과 메모 설정(종이 색, 종류, 디데이, 벽 배경 등)
  • 사용자가 올린 사진(방마다 최대 10장)
  • 푸시 알림 토큰 (FCM Token)
  • 구독·구매 정보: 상품 ID, 거래 식별자(original transaction ID), 만료 일시 — 결제 수단 정보는 받지 않습니다
  • 광고 식별자(IDFA) — 앱 추적 투명성(ATT) 권한을 허용한 경우에만
  • 앱 안 "의견 보내기"로 보낸 내용과, 적은 경우 회신용 이메일
  • 기기 정보(모델명, OS 버전), 앱 이용 기록
• 수집 방법: 앱 실행 및 서비스 이용 과정에서 자동 생성·수집, 사용자가 직접 입력·업로드

2. 개인정보의 수집 및 이용 목적

• 서비스 제공: 사용자 식별, 메모·사진의 동기화·저장, 상대방 기기로의 푸시 알림 전송
• 구독 관리: WeMemo Plus 구독 상태 확인과 같은 방의 상대에게 적용, 갱신·해지·환불 반영
• 광고: 앱 하단 배너 광고 표시(Plus 이용 시 표시하지 않음)
• 서비스 개선: 접속 빈도 파악, 서비스 이용에 대한 통계, 이용자 의견 확인

3. 개인정보의 처리 위탁

서비스는 안정적인 서비스 제공을 위해 아래와 같이 개인정보 처리를 위탁하고 있습니다.

• Google LLC (Firebase) — 데이터 보관 및 동기화(Cloud Firestore), 사진 보관(Cloud Storage), 푸시 알림 전송(Cloud Messaging), 구독 검증(Cloud Functions), 서비스 이용 통계(Analytics)
• Google LLC (AdMob) — 광고 표시
• Apple Inc. (App Store) — 구독·인앱 구매 결제 처리
• Google LLC (Google Play) — 안드로이드 구독·인앱 구매 결제 처리

4. 개인정보의 보유 및 이용 기간

• 기기에만 저장되는 정보(서랍에 보관된 메모의 사본, 고른 펫, 화면 설정)는 서버로 보내지 않으며, 앱을 삭제하거나 데이터를 초기화하면 즉시 파기됩니다.
• 서버에 저장된 데이터(메모, 사진, 연결 정보, 구독 정보 등)는 앱 삭제 후에도 남아 있을 수 있으며, 삭제를 원하시는 경우 아래 문의처(제6항)로 요청하시면 지체 없이 파기합니다.
• 사진은 앱에서 지우면 저장소에서도 함께 삭제됩니다.

5. 제3자에 대한 제공

본 서비스는 사용자의 개인정보를 원칙적으로 외부에 제공하지 않습니다. 다만, 법령에 근거한 적법한 요청이 있는 경우는 예외로 합니다.

6. 개인정보에 관한 민원서비스

서비스 이용 중 발생하는 모든 개인정보보호 관련 민원 및 데이터 삭제 요청은 아래 연락처로 문의해주시기 바랍니다.

WeMemo (the "Service") values your privacy and complies with applicable privacy laws and regulations.

1. Information We Collect

The Service can be used without creating an account. We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide the Service.

• Information collected:
  • Firebase anonymous authentication ID (User UID)
  • Notes you write and note settings (paper color, type, D-day, wall background, etc.)
  • Photos you add (up to 10 per room)
  • Push notification token (FCM Token)
  • Subscription and purchase information: product ID, original transaction ID and expiration date — we never receive payment details
  • Advertising identifier (IDFA) — only if you allow App Tracking Transparency
  • Messages you send with in-app "Send feedback", and your email if you enter one for a reply
  • Device information (model, OS version) and app usage records
• How it is collected: Automatically generated and collected when you launch and use the app, or entered and uploaded by you

2. Purpose of Collection and Use

• Providing the Service: Identifying users, syncing and storing notes and photos, and delivering push notifications to your partner's device
• Managing subscriptions: Checking WeMemo Plus status, applying it to your partner in the same room, and reflecting renewals, cancellations and refunds
• Advertising: Showing a banner ad at the bottom of the app (not shown with Plus)
• Improving the Service: Understanding usage frequency, compiling usage statistics and reading user feedback

3. Data Processing by Third-Party Services

To provide the Service reliably, we entrust data processing to the following service providers:

• Google LLC (Firebase) — Data storage and synchronization (Cloud Firestore), photo storage (Cloud Storage), push notifications (Cloud Messaging), subscription verification (Cloud Functions) and usage analytics (Analytics)
• Google LLC (AdMob) — Advertising
• Apple Inc. (App Store) — Payment processing for subscriptions and in-app purchases
• Google LLC (Google Play) — Payment processing for subscriptions and in-app purchases on Android

4. Data Retention Period

• Information stored only on your device (copies of notes kept in the drawer, your chosen pets and display settings) is never sent to our servers and is deleted immediately when you delete the app or reset your data.
• Data stored on our servers (notes, photos, connection and subscription information, etc.) may remain after you delete the app. If you wish to have it deleted, please contact us (see Section 6) and we will delete it without delay.
• When you delete a photo in the app, it is also deleted from storage.

5. Disclosure to Third Parties

We do not share your personal information with third parties, except when required by law.
